ALEX CHUN

Hello! I am Alex Chun, a self-driven, collaborative Film Studies student at Pomona College with aspirations to work in the sports broadcasting industry as a Technical/Live Director.

I've worked two consecutive summers doing work in this specialty, having been the Head Live Broadcast Intern for an independent collegiate baseball club in North Platte, Nebraska, along with being the Webcast Camera Director for the Duluth Huskies of the Northwoods League. For the Huskies, I directed a crew of ten media crew members to produce a four-camera operation, being responsible for the living mixing of audio as well. I designed customized daily graphics for the Huskies while also collaborating on media projects posted on social media.

For Pomona College, I am the Student Broadcaster, Producer, and Director for all 21 sports, in addition to using Premiere Pro and Photoshop to create customized elements to incorporate within our broadcast. I have worked on ten student film sets in a wide range of positions, including Director of Photography, Assistant Camera, Equipment Manager, Gaffer, and Boom Operator.
